The clinical application of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is attracting attention due to their excellent safety, convenient acquisition, multipotency, and trophic activity. effectiveness transplanted MSCs well-known in regenerative immunomodulatory medicine, but there a demand for improved viability function after transplantation. In this study, we isolated from adipose tissue three human donors generated uniformly sized MSC spheroids (∼100 µm diameter) called microblocks (MiBs) dermal reconstitution. marker expression MiBs were similar those monolayer MSCs. Compared with MSCs, produced more extracellular matrix (ECM) components, including type I collagen, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid, growth factors such as vascular endothelial factor hepatocyte factor. Subcutaneously injected showed skin volume retaining capacity mice. These results indicate that could be applied medicine conditions atrophic scar by having high ECM bioactive expression.
